there is a chef in Boston, MA, who owns a restaurant that caters to people with food allergies (his son has food allergies). I seen him once on the PBS channel (here in NYC is ch. 13). I don't remember his name. He is of Oriental (not sure if he's Chinese, Taiwanese, etc) decent. Can you tell me his name and if he has a cookbook out? I greatly appreciate it in advance

It is Ming Tsai. He owns Blue Ginger in Wellesley, MA (unbelievable!) His son has a gluten allergy I think, so does my girlfriend. He has a website, and I think he's done a lot of cookbooks.
