my request unknown to my boss?

i' m an introvert. i never let anyone know my thinking. I work spontaneous by my nature. i never request rewards. Now i find it hard to even talk to my boss & demand things. To me, requesting a reward is not a reward. I m currently searching for a new job.

Wow! If you communicate with your boss as clearly as this, it is not difficult to understand why rewards are lacking.
