soak cotton pads/wool in acetone nail polish remover, then apply to your nails, wrap each finger tip in tin foil and leave for about 30 mins. That should loosen them off. If they are still stuck, just repeat until they come off. Your nails will be in a complete mess when acrylic nails come off, so I hope you have some cuticle oil and a real good hand and nail cream handy!

Soaking your nails in acetone nail polish remover will eventually work, but it's very damaging on your natural nail. Many professional nail technicians will even refuse to do this because of the damage on your natural nails. The best option would probably be to file them short, so they don't get in your way, and let them grow out. As they grown, you can file over the top so they are thinner (like your nail tech would do when you're getting a rebalance), making the outgrowth not so noticeable.

soak in nail polish remover is right but it HAS to contain acetone, that will break to connection of the glue. it'll take at least 10 min prob longer, so lean back and be patient, just soak til you can pull em off.

Soak them in 100% pure acetone for at least 30 min. They will start to get gummy and you can wipe it off. Just keep soaking and wiping off. It will take a while, but it will work!

screw all of those ideas...just take the simple route. Go to the nail salon and they will remove them for like $5 and they wont look like complete crap! if you do it yourself it is painful and takes FOREVER.
