i have just found £81 ,in £1 notes in my loft,,can i still use them,,or do i have to take them to the bank to cash

They should still be good...but if they haven't been made since 1980, I'd look into whether they have any value to collectors before I'd sell them to any bank.

are they real?
I dont think any country's do the £1 note any more, give it a go tho

You can try a bank but I'm not sure they are still exchanging them.

exchange them at the bank :) as long as they have serial numbers, they should do it.
