A) To invest in any of the stock markets, you have to do it thru a member - a broker, mutual fund, or other financial organization.
B) Look in your local yellow pages for one that exists locally, and visit them.
C) You can also invest (thru these same people) on the internet.

Depending on your finances, I would definitley recommend using independent fund managers or investment managers, that way you are leaving it in the hands of professionals who have time to know all the market information. I know people that have tried on their own before and failed miserably. I use a UK company called Montague Capital, they have always gave me a very impressive return on investment.
