my friend wants to divorce her husband who is in the army. they have been married 2yrs + he recently admitted to cheating on her the entire time he has been deployed, also he has not sent any money home to her in a long time, he is still claiming to be married AND is claiming HER daughter so he is getting paid extra for all that... he is home on leave but is staying with his new girlfriend. and from his new pictures on myspace he has spent his money on body art instead of sending it home to her... she doesn't know what to do... any real advice would be helpful. THANKS!

Tell her to go to the JAG office and talk to them, since he is in the military then he will get nailed for cheating on her. I know I am in the military.

yes go to the jag office and tell them what is going on and that she wants a divorce . Let the office know that he has not been sending money home for her little girl yet claims her . They will make sure that he sends home money for her . tell your friend to get a job and divorce his ugly rank butt and make sure she gets everything house ,car what have you . do this and do it as soon as possible . the military sort of frowns on this thing and they will help her . good luck to her .
