question for web designers?

Have you heard or used http://www.nvu.com/index.php ?
I'm completely new to everything .. and plan to fully learn everything I need to know to build a website. I found this site of this free software.. do you know if its any good ? why or why not ?

I work upstairs from a web-based company of around fifty employees who ONLY uses NVU. I'd say it's good, it has similar capabilities to DreamWeaver.

try microsoft expression web its probably the best html editor (call it a site builder) out there... microsoft others 120 day free trials
