they makes u develope blisters while frowning....
and worst of all........

Jezz, I haven't really thought about this. On the one hand they do make me sweat and fret but on the other they often times expand my mind and can lead to improved living conditions not just for myself but the entire planet! Hmmmm, sweating is bad, I hate those hard questions!
