How to sit in it ....etc....My daughter needs this information for an interview she is scheduled for. She may become an ambassador of our city......Mobile Alabama. The Azalea Trail Maid candidates must sit correctly in this chair to pass the interview. Later she will wear an antebellum dress and greet dignitaries and tourists to our city. This is very important. Thanks

You got me. Good luck!

Are these the chairs you are talking about (look at the bottom)--If so you might want to call the place and ask them.

Being southern, and formally in the high-end furniture biz.. she should sit as though "side-saddle"..NEVER sit with legs crossed at the knees...feet flat on the floor.....a proper southern woman should always be a model of decorum.....and should always have her hands in her lap....(as in while being interviewed)...
