i get racing thoughts pretty bad, i have constantly low moods, i worry alot. have great anxiety and panic in everyday life. ive had inner rage problems that i struggled with along with the other symptoms, all this has been goin on since 15 im 29 now. a a couple of years ago i used to have uncontrolable aggressive outbursts when outside, i ended up in trouble, i kicked someone up the bum. i regretted this i ended up, goin into youth custody, and while there i exaggerated my illness & ended up spending 18 months in a psychiatric hospital, which was a nightmare, truly. locked up with severly disturbed people all the time. ive been bullied & victimised alot in my life, gangs of youths in the street, guys at school, i went through 5 high schools cos of bullying. my anger has improved alot in the present, but i still have intense inner rage feelings. however i get paranoid ideas alot that ive had years & i worry i might have a delusional disorder that i might never be able to get well from?

Delusional? Maybe. Detached? Not with all of the anger issues. In need of medication and/or therapy? You betcha! Sounds like something in the paranoid-schizophrenia area. Seek help. Now!

Honestly, to me, it doesn't sound like psychosis. If someone is psychotic, they lose touch with reality. This includes hallucinations and delusions. Although the best person to talk to about this is a psychiatrist, which you're doing. In your question it sounds like you're having mood and anxiety problems, not psychosis. I hope that makes you feel better, and I'm sure seeking help from a therapist will be really beneficial. Good luck!

This isn't the place to get an actual solution to a complicated problem like your's. You'll get unsatisfying responses from the wrong people, which will probably make it worse. Leave this question to the professionals, see a psychiatrist.

sounds like it might be "a personality disorder", which can be hard to hear & even understand, it pretty much all boils down to some type of "chemical imbalance" in your brain which can be controlled with medication & probably some counseling, so you can learn to live with it...
definately seek a diagnosis, or second diagnosis-and give medication & counseling a shot...

I really believe you should go to a counselor that can control your problems with medicine or therapy. (an outpatient counselor) I'm not saying that I think you are crazy-I think we all are crazy a little bit just to get along in this world.

It might be something you can't "recover" from but can be controlled with drugs. I definitely think you have some kind of chemical imbalance if it seems so out of your control.

I believe you are in the doorway of the realm of spirit, for what it's worth, that is my diagnosis.
The more you worry, the less you see. The less you see, the darker it appears to be.
I stand in the Light.
What is your opinion?
