As you normally would ie write text, send to number (if an international number include country code as well). If it is a UK number your boss will only get it if their phone is set to international roaming and is compatible with the system used in Dubai.

not sure if this is right but instead of using the 0 at the beginning of the number put +44
example +447767832513
u press the * button twice to get the + sign hope it helps!!
