www.tsroadmap.com is a great site, it has helped me alot. Also check out the forms at www.genderlife.com, alot of people in midlife and older who are transitioning or have done it already. Sorry I can't help that much, I am 19 so I don't have too many websites for older transitioners.

you're not 18 or in your 20's... does that mean you are under 18 or over 30?
Sex change as in mtf or ftm??
