I'm at work so I sit with my legs uncrossed and my feet flat on the floor, and my back straight, or I would end up with varicose veins and a sore back

i sit cross legged when i have slip on shoes i can take off. Today i have tennis shoes on so i just have my feet propped up on my heater.
