How can you polish scratches off the watches?

try using a cd scratch remover. they clear scratches without the cloudy mess

You can't. The toothpaste thing doesn't work, either. You are probably talking a cheap watch. Just replace.

Toothpaste works well.Just put a little on a cloth and rub away.hope this helps.

get the crystal changed, other may suggest tooth paste but it will fogg the view and look like crap, they are very cheap.
