Very hard to unless the lease is recorded in your local recorder's office. If you must send a letter to the tenant send it to the attention of "Tenant" at the addresss.

Go up and knock on the door and introduce yourself?
Ask around and see if anyone else knows who lives there...Neighbors or kids in the area..
Call the landlord and ask...
The city utility company "might" tell you..
The city offices "might" tell you..
If you have a complain the local police department "might" tell you..

Go through their garbage! A lot of people throw out old letters, utility bills, bank statements, etc.
