What can i buy to fix scratched cds,and how much will it be...(p.s it really has to work)?

i have madden 2007 on xbox 360 i just got it but i was playin it and the system was upside down so i flipped it and it made a sound so i took the game out and there was a big circle around the disc

There are products by discwasher that work pretty well for audio CDs. It will be in the audio-visual department of the store.
I had a couple that were written off and seemed to work OK afterwards.
If you routinely play frisbee with CDs though, you are probably out of luck, but I'm guessing it'll work for you.

Take it to a gaming store and they can resurface it for like $3.
