I purchased a computer back in December of 2005 with a one year warranty on it. However, it has been in the shop more than it has been HERE!!! Then, I finally have had enough & take it somewhere else for repairs!! Only to find out that it has a 7-year old processor in it!!! And the processor MUST be replaced SOON!! Meanwhile, I've spent another $400 getting it to RUN!!

I have reported the company that sold me the PC to the Better Business Bureau. I am considering taking the company to small claims court if the issues aren't resolved by the Better Business Bureau!! In the meantime, what do I do? As I am attending college online and my PC crashes OFTEN....... I am so TIRED of this piece of junk!! I just wish he'd come pick it up & hand me my money back so I can actually have a PC that works more than 1/4 of the time!!!!

spending over 400$ to get it fixed could have either bought you another one or covered the court costs.
