Does anyone know if Hyundai covers transfer case in their warranty?

If they offer a 100,000 mile warranty the whole drive-line should be covered and your transfer case would be included.

The transfer case is part of the drivetrain. If your drivetrain is still under warranty, and you have performed all recommended maintenance, your transfer case should be covered, unless they can prove abuse.
