Let me tell you this. I feel like that right now. For the past month and more. I feel like that often. There is one good thing about it. If you feel like you are at the bottom then obviously you cannot go any lower. The only way is up. It always brings a smile to think that things may go better, since they cannot be worse.
I am natural pessimist. I prefer to see the worse side of things. This way I can be happy if something goes well. If you always think things will go well and they dont you get disapointed. If you think things will go bad, even if one things turns out alright you are happy.

Make a list. They should include the littlest things that has happened that has made you happy. Sometimes in life, we just get so busy and we do take for granted the simplest things in life and we expect everything to happen just for us. Think about the time that you are rushing to work or school and somehow the traffic lights just turned green once you near it or maybe the time where you managed to find the only piece of clothing on the sale rack that you have been eyeing for really long and that only piece is in your size and colour or even the time that you may have received something nice from a total stranger, maybe even an extra fishball in your soup during lunch.

Hope is something that you make out of. Hope is something that we give ourselves to spur ourselves to go forward, to overcome whatever obstacles that is in our way because we all believe that one day, we will reach the finish line even though we never dreamt possible at that time.

As it is always said, the only way to go when you're at the bottom is up!

Look up...and realize that once you've reached bottom, there is no other way but UP...get advice from someone you admire and respect...pray...and have faith...the best thing that God has made is one day after another and what was important yesterday may not be that important today...wish you the best...

That's the best time to use art as a form of expression. Use those emotions toward creativity. I wouldn't mind to be in your place right now. It would give me a song to write about. Time and self ability to change takes away depression. It's all in your mind. You need a change.

Everyone goes through a period where they feel that the world is against them and that there is no way out of their situation. Start talking to people and see who can help you help yourself - your priest, government agencies, employment services, etc. Good luck.

Been there, done that. Get help. Talk to your Doctor. It may not be easy, but you won't regret it.
