In Idaho we call them snot-rags. That is if you use one.. I prefer not to and just block off one side of my nose and blow real hard out the other... This is a snot-rocket, farmer-blow, or my favorite... flyin' brains.

I use to use a handkerchief but then I got to thinking about what I was carrying around in my pocket. So, I then changed to a packet of tissues. As far as disposing of them, no problem. Here in New Orleans we just throw everything on the ground. Biodegradable you know.
