They don't care. It will likely never come up either.
On your end, just make sure your family is there to support you. You're going to be gone for the great majority of the time. In residency, you'll be gone for 36 hours straight. If you have an infant, that can be really tough. It your kid is a few years old by that time, they can survive. If you're pregnant now, as long as your husband or family can watch over the kids more than normal, you shouldn't have a problem doing it. You're just going to need their support (or have a live in nanny).

Having a child should not interfere with your acceptance, however, you should make sure you have excellent child care, because you will be working many hours in medical school, have to do internships & rotations that eat up much of your time. I would suggest you have a nanny or that your husband stay home with the baby. Make sure you have the money to cover both your education, your lack of income, your living expenses and your child care expenses.

they can not deny you just because you have a baby go for it. if your good they will look at you no matter where you come from or if you have a baby. they discriminate against a doctor b/c they have a baby so why should they do it to you?
