My husband could spend hours on here chatting with women and men, sharing pictures and I'd like to know what the seduction is? Because he lies and sneeks around it makes me think it's a form of infidelity, he denies that's the case. "It's all in fun" I dont think it's fun...does anyone else?

mIRC, I hate that friggin thing! My daughters father stayed on there all day and night (literally) and was one of the causes of us spliting. He used it for hacking into others computer and accounts and what not. He did chat as well. I have no Idea what the addiction is, it is stupid to me. My ex also lied and snuck around, he was doing more than the mIRC though. Just tell hi straight up that he need to get rid of it and stop waisting time that he could be using to help you out around the house or to just spend time!

mIRC is script program (one of many) that provides a GUI format in which to access IRC (Inter Relay Chat). mIRC was created by Khaled Mardam-Bey. IRC was one of the early chat forums back in the early 90s and was accessed primarily by computer geeks. It used to be very popular and often developed it's own set of rules, hierarchy, language, etc. Since then other less technical chat forums (rooms etc.) have become more common among the average computer user, especially since AOL and similar companies have provided a more user-friendly environment for those less technically inclined. Today IRC is pretty empty, although some people do still hangout there. It can be a useful place to exchange techie stuff, including files, code, hacks, etc. You can read more about mIRC at:
