Does the router change your original IP adress into a different one? And if it does, is it still possible for hackers to get my original Ip adress?

The Router doesn't change your IP, but everytime you restart the router your IP changes.

For hackers it's easy to know what was your IP, and what's the new IP.

You can make it unassable from the outside.
