That only oneself knows what is right for oneself about life's paths to take, and it's only when one steps away from all outward opinion of what they wish to do, and see simply what they want, will they ever find the proper path to their potential greatest happiness.

For a 14 year old, you write beautifully. You're an excellent communicator. Someone with that skill is going to go far. Also, you have a talent and a dream. You have something to pursue in the future. If you are truly motivated your dream will come true. And soon, you'll be moving. You'll have a chance to learn about a whole new area. You'll make new friends. There will be new challengers. That should rid you of some feelings of boredom. When I was 14, I started to do volunteer work. There must be some opportunities in your area. You could work with children, the aged, in a hospital, etc. Some things you might be too young for, so you'd have to explore. I know a young person who volunteers in an animal shelter. Does your school have after-school activities; if so, you might try them. Life will get more exciting as you get older, and your world becomes wider. And who knows, maybe there will be a special boy in the not too distant future. You say that you're learning the guitar. I belong to a local folk song society. We meet in people's homes, and everyone has a chance to play. I'm one of the listeners, but I love it. Is there something like that in your area? I'm wishing the best for you. Good luck.

act - not react.
learn and forget.
forgive twice more than once
keep as let it go
stand until dismiss will do
love from close and far
give - fear the return
Receive the gift whatsoever

Each day will do : bad and sad, sing a ballad
happy and trusty, warm euphory

Go on the way, past is behind
and close the book - as soon as can be.

Life is today, here and now.

Thank you for the question.
Have a nice day.

That it's TOO flipping short. That someone you love can be taken away from you in the blink of an eye. That your life can be forever CHANGED in the blink of an eye.

Not to sweat the stupid things. There will always and forever more be stupid things and stupid people.

Make your own path, build your own bridges, take all the time you need in getting to where you want to be and live up to the obligations you have, otherwise don't interfere in someone else's life or take something that isn't yours to take, just because you want to taste someone else's honey.

And just because you love someone today, and promise to do it forever, doesn't mean that life will be happily ever after. If you commit to someone, make sure it's someone who truly loves you, who is a friend and companion to you, and who respects you.

Beyond that, la vita e bella--life is beautiful. Get out there and suck up as much of it as you can before your time is over.

Experience is the key. All your good and bad times add up to experience that will carry on into your next appointment. For example; if you have a first grade education then you will start out with a first grade education in your next appointment ( life, if you will.) The one big lesson I have learned is to not underestimate yours or my -experience.
Have a nice life!

The main one is that life is so short. Compare to the earths lifespan, the whole of our life is much quicker than a blink of an eye. Enjoy yourself as much as you can within reason and health permitting.

Be very careful who you trust implicitly. That you can count your true friends on one hand. That there is a good chance that your lover will cheat on you or vice versa. That starting smoking is a terrible thing to do. Quitting smoking is almost unbearable.

But the main thing is to look at all things you have and treasure every one. Always look at the positives and smile as much as you can.

Carpe diem!

I've learned that a person shouldn't worry so much about waiting for the perfect timing to put their dreams or plans into action. There is NEVER a perfect time! Don't waste time waiting....something else will always come up.

That life is definitely not fair, but you have to take joy and pleasure in whatever you can find, no matter how small because that's just the way it is. And to live your life as well as you possibly can without doing damage to anyone along the way.

That sorrow, hardship, disappointment and just plain unhappiness are a part of life....you must learn to find and hold to the positives, and let the negatives go. I'm still learning...
