By your name I assume you are in India.
Find out what the best selling newspaper in your area is and visit their website daily to check the classifieds advertisements.
Register and upload your resume to naukri.com, jobsahead.com, timesjob.com, monster.com
And ofcourse, always be prepared for interviews.
On a personal note I believe you need to improve your language. I would be a good idea for you to get some experience in some company before aiming for the big ones.
Apply to all jobs which suits you. Do this activity daily for a maximum of three months and I am sure in between you will have a good job.
