My bro.want to visit samal island in davao.. Now,i just want to ask how to get there when he arrive in davao city? And any ideas on what beach resorts there that are nice & cozy? Thanks..

The Pearl Farm Beach resort is great. Arrange with the resort and they will take you from the airport to the Waterfront hotel, and from there by boat directly to the resort. Takes about 10 minutes by road and then about 40 minutes by boat.
It's five star and pricey, but worth every penny. If you have the Magic Sing Mic, it features as one of the background pictures. Book it directly with the resort, as travel agents will charge a fee - and you might miss out on the free transfers.

You can go there without any worries. The peopple there are honest and they will lead you where you want to go. Just surf the internet for wowphilippines.gov.ph and choose the beach resorts in Davao.
Please tell your brother to take photos of the beautiful and memorable places in Samal Island. Also, I hope he will enjoy his stay there.

I'm a Dabawenyo.In Samal there are too amny beautiful rsorts like Paradise beach,Blue Waters,Palma Gil.Samal and so much more.

we stayed at paradise island...it was very nice...not as expensive as the others....i have pics if u would like to see them...when you arrive in davao...just tell any cab driver that you want to go to paradise island.....they will get you there
...about 10 minutes from airport...you also stay in a modern hut...very nice....great service...good food...nice people
