GO TO THE GYM EVERY DAY!! Do lots of abbs work outs with weights!! It takes alot of dedication adn determination though!! And its hard work to maintain, if you even stop for 1 month after you have a six pack your six pack will start turning into flab!! So you will have to maintain it!! It takes ages getting 1 though!!

sit ups are the best dont fall for any of those gimics on the shopping channels , thet might work but they cost money , sit ups cost nothing . try do 20 sit ups 5 times with 15 second intervals do that for 2 weeks then do an extra 50 or 60 accordingly

Sit ups and ab work actually aren't often the answer as the problem is normally more that the muscles are covered by fat, not that they're not there.

Usually, the trick is to lose weight by exercising vigorously - and the best exercise is swimming, followed by rowing, as they force you to use your abs a bit too.

We pretty much all have them already, its just the matter of anything obscuring them - beergut, fat, water.
Bodybuilders/models go to extreme lengths to show theirs, including dehydrating themselves ( not recommended ). Exercise is the best way to develop them, try boxing/muay thai for a real hit.

I do a lot of crunches and sit ups, don't over do it though, limit yourself daily and rest, if you force yourself to do too much at too short of time, the only answers you are going to get is a lot of pain, and possible injuries.

Lose weight, if you do the crunches and sit ups it will not yeild the results until you lose the flab covering your abs
