Is there a way of sending video clips downloaded on the 3 network to other phones e.g Premiership Highlights

Absolutely not! I have had a number of 3 phones and any content you download from 3, such as videos, pics, music, comedy, etc, is locked to that phone, so it cannot be copied in any way. You can copy the content to your computer, but only as a means of protecting it from accidental deletion, i.e. it copies the data, not the images, sounds, etc. Otherwise 1 person would download the content and pass it around their friends and 3 would lose money on the deal.
Sorry, mate, but that's the way it is.

they have deliberately blocked you from doing this to keep the costs there its the same with ringer tones and pictures you download, that way you cant get it to them the only way i can think of is try uploading it onto the pc and send it as an email, but what a waste of effort lol
