O.K. ladies here is the question and like I said it's kinda gross but I really need to know. After sex when your boyfriend/husband or complete stranger has ejectulated into your vagina, how do you get the sperm out? I know it's a sick question and extremely blunt but I really want to know. I shower and clean as much as I can, but I have to wear a liner for a couple of hours. Is this what most woman do? I don't want to douche after sex, cause I hear it's not good for you. I know you are all thinking that if I don't know the answer to this question, that I shouldn't be sexually active but I am sure that not everyone who is having sex knows EVERYTHING about it. Please serious answers only and I thank you all in advance.

I think I gave the wrong impression here, I have a boyfriend and the husband/stranger was more or less directed to the people answering. I've only been with 1 guy for 3 years now. Sorry for sending out the message that I was a ho.

Urinating doesnt help because if you didnt know, a female has 3 openings down under.
1) Opening of Urethra (where urine passes out)
2) Vagina (where blood comes out)
3) Anus (where poop comes out)
Here is a scientific picture of it: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Vulva_anatomy.jpg
Sex occurs at the Vagina and pee doesnt come out from there. So peeing doesnt help!
To answer the qn of 'how to get semen out' - Technically speaking, cleaning, douching & maybe peeing, will only clean the surface to prevent infections. If you notice, after sex, you have an increase amount of vaginal discharge - some of it is semen while majority is the fluid that came with the semen. There isnt any way to "clean sperm out from vagina" cos it might just push the sperm further into the vagina. So if you're looking at prevent pregnancy, you might want to try the female condom or the pill the next day.

Not gross at all, but honestly not something I'd ever considered before!
Quite honestly, if my other half and I have sex at bedtime, and I don't need the loo afterwards, I'm afraid it just all seeps out during the night! Guess it depends on whether or not you mind the wet patch, or washing your sheets!
But if during the day, I tend to have a shower and just have a good rinse (NOT a douche) and I generally find it's pretty much all vanished once the shower's over.
Maybe it depends on how much the guy produces too.
I'm in agreement with the others - a complete stranger shouldn't be ejaculating into you. If there's a stranger involved, there should be a condom too!

I've always been told that douche is a no-no. It destroys the good bacteria in there that makes the vagina a self-cleaning organ. May cause yeast infections because it throws off the balance.
I've also been told to urinate before and after sex, but the after sex part seems to help the bulk of whatever's in there drain better. And it helps prevent UTIs.

I agree that urinating usually helps, I also like to sit in the tub afterwards. I do however douche, I have heard conflicting reports about douching but I have been doing it 2x a month for 18 years and I have never had a problem.

I usually try to urinate immediately afterwards. In general you usually should urinate after sex anyways to prevent IUD's and infections. While urinating I push as much as I can to try top get most of it to leak out. You will most likely still have some leakage afterwards though.
I would strongly discourage douching. Doctors strongly discourage douching as it causing infections, etc. I would say your best bet is to urinate afterwards, try to push as much out as you can and if the additional leakage really bothers you continue using as panty liner as you have been doing.

I wipe immediately and then pee... Afterwards I don't really notice a problem...if I do, I shower...there's not much else you can do, unless you want to douche, but you're right, douching isn't good and can cause a yeast infection...
If wearing liners afterwards is working, why not keep doing it?

I think what your doing is fine. Not everyone is the same. I usually clean up afterward as well, not always a shower, but i do wash/clean it. Never wore a liner.

You can douche it out as a form of birth control but I think women just let it seep out or be absorbed. There isn't much to do but use a liner and let it fall out on it's own. It isn't bad for you (but can cause pregnancy or result in STD's).

I enjoy the act of sexual intercourse just as much if not more than men. I enjoy both the before and after but the actual act of in itself is the best part for me. Maybe you havent been with the right man !

You are doing the right thing. Pee and shower is about all you can do. It comes out when it wants to
