How powerful is our spirit? Can we draw enough energy within ourselves to acheive anything? I truly think that humans are gifted with the unique ability to overcome any challenge. Aside from our intellect, the human will, I think, is one reason our species is not extinct.

We made it to the moon, even put a robot on mars... Yet, we are nothing alone... To believe in the human spirit as it stands alone in the singular form, one would find an extreme amount of limitations. It is only when the human spirit is combined as a unit, that we can achieve nearly everything

When you think about it, no...not ANYTHING. At the age of 62, it's too late for me to play on the Ladies PGA tour, though I love golf, and it would be a dream come true. That, brothers and sisters, is totally unrealistic and yes, well....impossible. And there are tons of things like that.

BUT. What we CAN achieve is ALMOST limitless...way beyond what a typical person can imagine. Most people define limits for themselves that are unrealistically constrictive. They think, I couldn't do that or achieve that, when in fact they could.

For example, one thing I'd love to do is be a celebrity public speaker, making $10,000 per appearance minimum. I'm far from such a goal, I have never been paid even $1 for a speech, but you know what, I'm 100% confident I can do it. In fact, I WILL do it.

It does appear some exceptional people do have the power to almost achieve anything they put their minds to.
I just find it interesting that one of the smallest things in the world (bacteria and the like) has the power over us. Look what it did to the human population during the plague.

No. You are just saying that. Animals actually have far, FAR more will than humans, because they don't have the ability to be convinced by others. You can't destroy an animal's instincts. Humans are much softer clay.
