To be born on the cusp you have to be born within minutes of the Sun switching signs(which would be only a few degrees from falling into the next sign).

A birth location is really needed. Without it though I can tell you that the Sun switched from Sagittarius, into Capricorn on December 22nd at 11:10am GMT. You need to equate what time you were born to your location, because you may need to add or subtract a few hours. There is a very good chance you may be on the cusp.

Another determining reason you feel like you have Sagittarius qualities, is because your Mercury (communication sign, your mind), is ruled by Sagittarius.
