PbO2 ----> ___Pb__ + ___O2____

NH4OH ---> NH3 + H2O (it is already balanced)

I'm not sure what you're after, but the easiest thing would be to just break the compounds into their elements. So, H2I2--> H2 + I2. Same thing with the second one to form lead and oxygen (O2). For the third one, it's already balanced.
