i was asked to give the measurements to the company, i was able to give the skirts measurement but im stuck with the top's measurement. i was told to give the sleeve,top and bottom measurement for the top, but i dont know what that is and how its done!!!

when making a top/dress for anyone, measurements needed are usually, fullest part of bust, waist, top of shoulder to wrist and underarm to wrist. Hope this helps.

I would take the measuring tape that you must have used to measure your waist for the skirt, and measure your arms, bust and shoulder area, and below your bust line, it depends on how short you want it. I would also add a few inches or so, cuz when you get fitted you can always take it in, rather than it being too small or tight where theres no room to make it larger.
