I don't have an answer for your question, but I must disagree with the person who said Bare Minerals. I have slightly oily skin and Bare Minerals wore in off within a few hours! Check out MAC blot powder to dust over your foundation - really helps to set it and keep shine away.

i have the same type skin soooo afew of my favorites are....
Bobbi brown foundation stick
benefits play sticks (always go for a creamy texture or a moose with high coverage and long lasting results)
but i sware by Dior icone-its a light creamy texture which goes on and feels and looks like a matte powder, its got high coverage and you can build up as well, and it is very long lasting i don't get any shine through my day :)
i also use lancomes concealer which is made for blemishes and dark circles, this is really good and has excellent coverage and blends in really well, for powder i use lancomes matte compact powder which hides unwanted shine and it lasts ages too.
also loose powder may not give you enough coverage either! so always use a compact!

For spotty and problem skin use Neutragena powder foundation and also use a green correcting pen.It covers spots. For shine you can use their loose or compact powder too. You can get them at any drug or department store.

I'm agreeing with the first person. I have not-so-good skin & not too much works for me. One of my friends got the mineral powder makeup & tried it on me & i LOVED it!!! It didn't even feel like I had anything on! It covered well (including shine) & didn't clog up my pores like some makeup can do. It lets your skin breathe basically. Try it out! ;-)

Dermablend - wears like iron and can be applied with a little water of you don't want as much coverage
