A MM is a much more specific, targeted degree than an MBA. It's true that an MBA is probably more portable and can get you into more kinds of jobs, but an MM will probably start you out with a higher wage. It real question is, which do you prefer: a high wage but a limited range of opportunities, or the chance to do more kinds of jobs but a reduced salary? It's up to you.

Well there won't be a ton of difference between the two other than some variations in the core classes you'll need to take to receive your degree.
Working in HR, I can tell you that the MBA is much more marketable. Most organizations require an MBA for any sort of junior or senior level managerial position.
I think it just has to do with recognition...people understand what the MBA is and what you have to do acquire that....they may not understand the Master of Management.

Good luck!

An MM degree is very specific where as an MBA is more flexible and highly sort after. The MBA will cover a lot more information and prepare you for a variety of situations and job titles, where management will obviously be in the management field. I suggest the MBA so that you can have more choices in the future.
