i would love to lose about 10 pounds within about a month. is it possible with just exercise like running every night. or do i have to also change my meals. i dont eat bad now, im just not a super health nut. eventually i want to lose more than ten lbs, but i want to look good for this concert im going to. any tips are welcome, but please be serious.

You sure can....I lost 10lbs in about 3 weeks over X-mas. All I did was do exactly what "they" have been saying all these years, excersice and eat well. I changed all my snacks to fruit. I eat cereal high in fiber, low in sugar every morning. Then I run for about 25 minutes 3-4 times a week (if you do crunchs and pushups before or after all the better) my work out routine is about 30 minutes, and it makes me feel great....do this and you will see results fast. I promise! Oh and enjoy your concert.....I hope that you look great!

do you eat breakfast? I didn't eat breakfast and was dragging but have been drinking the generic slimfast (170 calories) M-F for the last 4 months. I have not changed my diet other than that. My energy level is up, I feel better, and my waist is shrinking! I haven't lost a ton of weight, but have dropped almost a whole size without even trying. The drink is both filling and nutritious. I'm totally satisfied for 5-6 hrs from one drink and no snacks. If you're seriously wanting to drop fast, I'd recommend the generic or name brand slimfast for brkfst and dinner with a healthy lunch in between, plus exercise.

IM trying wight watchers i had my baby by a c-section 3 monthes ago so that means i cant do much other then watch what i eat whe -n i added all the intake for on day it made me double think every bite i am on my 2nd week and i love the optins to eat what ever as long as its a good amount, i realized i need to really watch what to put in my body for that day.

tell you my secret ....butt crunches when you're sitting! and when it starts to hurt, its working....works your hips, upper thighs, waist. tummy ...do it to music
