Only if you had your money used to buy the dinar from the US, Iraqi or another Army involved in the war and you obtained them by selling something to those Armies at an unfair price. Of course, it depends also on how much money did you use to buy the dinar, even if buying any foreign currency cheaper then it actually values does not mean war profitting, but speculation.
