He is not her father as you will learn in the next show. She was mind wiped and everyone was set up to believe the adoption story. He is her parent's boss. Next week she gets to talk to her real mother. I think the Haitian sets it up.

He appears to be NSA or HLS. He is working for the government in some form or another. He carries a military style automatic so I am thinking he most likely is attached to some special operations outfit. He told Mark he is in no group he had ever heard of. Of course, then he had Mark's memory of that erased.

I think he is working all sides against the middle. He is working Suresh to find out what he knows. He is working Linderman to keep him from knowing everything that is going on. He is also working the government to make sure they don't take the project away from him.

He is based out of Texas which make you think he is related to NASA. This all started with talk about an eclipse coming to the planet so I am thinking there is a signal eminating from some where in space that is causing these people to gain their powers and when that eclipse happens their powers will either drive the insane with power or make them unstoppable. I think it is his job to monitor the situation and make sure that none of that happens. These people could be weapons in the wrong hands, Linderman, and some one has to ake sure that they do not take over the world and destroy it, Sprague.

I also think he must have a power of his own or else the Haitian would not be taking his orders from him. I think the static Mark hears is him. The haitian erases minds. Eden plants ideas in minds. But, Bennett can block minds. Apparently, Sylar can do the same thing.

It could be that he wants to kill Sylar because of the fact that his power makes it impossible to hurt him mentally and physically hurting a person is easier to deal with. So far, no one is bullet proof.

It will be intersting to see how the invisibility power fits into all this. It could turn the tables on Bennett and on Sylar.

no exactly sure maybe he is trying to find out how they are all connected and believe me when i say they are . i have this theory that they were all expierimented on when they were babies or that their moms took an expierimental drug while pregnant and they all came out with different powers due to a series of different drugs. Just a theory though . I have a feeling that claires father is thinking the same thing and he wants to see what it was . good luck

I think he works for a govt agency trying to learn the best way to exploit those with powers. Or researching on how to get the powers genetically installed in others (like super soldiers) (remember he is not the head honcho in this, as he would have had Sylar killed)...

he thinks that the heroes should be tightly controlled... and not allowed to do their own thing because it might be too dangerous....
