I think every once in a while many people feel this way. Have you been under stress a lot lately? Are there things in your life that seem overwhelming right now or that are difficult to deal with? As long as this is not a frequent thing, I think letting out some emotion and crying is fine, even a good thing. If this happens to you a lot however, there may be a bigger problem. Perhap;s you need help managing stress or situations in your life. If this is happening to you often, then I would consider talking to your doctor or a psychologist about what you are experiencing. They may be able to get to the root of the problem.

I think some days you just feel sad with no reason. I get this once in a blue moon and don't think you should feel worried. It could be anything from bad weather to nasty traffic, or some other random and annoying stuff. Just try to relax the best you can, and if you have free time, watch a movie or read a good book. Or, go shopping and buy yourself a nice little trinket. That stuff usually works for me. Hope you feel better.

I think its the weather. My sister and I were just talking about this and it seems like so many people are depressed right now. Where do you live? In a colder climate?? I do, and I know the sun has not been out in days,... I dont remember when the last time it was sunny. We will all feel better soon,.. dont worry about it. I try to start projects in the winter. Sometimes that helps. Take care and cheer up!!

Hey listen, some days you feel happy, others you feel sad. While there are millions of reasons to feel happy, there are millions of reasons to feel sad too. Thats why we have chick flicks :) You should get yourself a box of tissue, rent some chick flicks and just cry and cry. Don't keep it all bottled up, let it all out and you will feel better. I'm not sure about men, but almost all women that I know feel this way, it's normal and you should go with the flow. Crying is healthy.

sometimes people just need to have a good cry. even if it's for no reason at all. dane cook makes fun of this lol. it's perfectly normal and healthy. also some people get pms the week before their period, while they're on, or if you're like me (which it seems you might be) the week after. I really wouldn't worry about it.
hope I've been of some help!

If there is a woman out there who hasn't felt like you're describing at one time or another, there may be something wrong with her!! Of course it's normal. It's called being a woman. And just fyi...crying actually does make you feel better in a sense. When you cry your tear ducts release endorphines, so it really can help! Watch a good movie and have some ben & jerry's and you'll be fine! Good luck:)

I have, don't know why either. I think sometimes you just need to cry, sup. to be healthy for you. Ever feel like you just want to laugh one day, or you just want to be lazy, In some weird way I guess it all balances out. So let it all out you'll know when your done. Hope you feel better later/tomorrow.

Your feeling sad and you don't know why!
Let me ask you a question:
Do you feel that there's something missing in your life, that you can't fill it with any thing that you know?
What's missing it might be God's presence in you heart.
I advise you to pray and read the Bible, for beginners its good to start in the New Testament.
