She's always wearing short shorts and when she sits at a certain angle you can see her roast beef curtains clearly, does she not feel a draft? I think she does it on purpouse when my friends are around.

She may very well do it on purpose. And the only way to deal with it is DON'T have your friends over or at least not in the same room as her. You might try asking her outright why she does this. This CAN very easily become a problem. She may be doing this on purpose and one of the guys may very well decide he wants to see it a little closer. This can be a very serious problem for her. A girl can only tease so much before she teases the wrong guy. Show her my answer, maybe she will listen to what I am saying. She is headed for some sex that she may NOT want.

of course, i don't know how young your sister is, but i do think she's being immature (even if she's 30).
i understand your plight, however, as a girl who was young once too & thought my bum deserved to be seen (although i understand your sister is lacking more serious judgement), i think it'd be devestating for your brother to point this out. ohhhh... i'd be red with embarrassment & anger. or the info might fall on deaf ears...you are afterall her brother; she doesn't expect you to like what your seeing. it's best if a girl hears it straight up from another woman. she needs to learn that there are more subtle ways of getting a guys attention. another women can best help her learn to dress better & still get the results she's after.

Your sister's behavior is careless and can be dangerous. A little modesty goes farther than exhibitionism which, from your description of your sister's behavior, is precisely what she's doing.
It's doubtful that a heart-to-heart with you about the real peril in exposing oneself will get through to her. Is there anyone whose opinions she respects who could talk to her about her attire and attitude?

Just tell her like you said it in your question. She's your sister and you don't want making an a** of herself. She might get mad at first or maybe she's not aware of what she's doing. Either way it's better coming from someone that cares about her.

You should yell at her to cover herself up. your parents should make sure she dresses appropriately assuming she is a minor, if not, you are probably the only man in her life who can't bluntly and honestly tell her what she is doing to herself. Let her know and tell her everytime she does it. Eventually she will stop.Be a good brother.

Tell her to stop being slutty in front of your friends! Make sure you do it in front of your friends so they can let her know that what she's doing is nasty. It sounds like she likes one of your friends and she won't stop until she 1: Gets his attention or 2: Gets the hint that he's not into her.
