Tell him to get it together. It is one or the other. You can't train properly if you drink. He is wasting his money. If you are going to cycle you have to have complete focus.

There are dangers to doing both. Mixing them adds to the dangers. If he won't stop taking steroids because they can cause cancer, sterility and a shrinking of sex organs, therew is not much more you can give him as reasons to quit. Try BECAUSE IT WILL KILL YOU.
