My guess is that he will re-iterate how very important it is to the US that the fledgling democracy in Iraq be given the help they need to survive while at the same time explaining that the best way to wrap things up is to dedicate the necessary resources to allow the remaining pockets of insurgency to be mopped up before turning complete police responsibility over to the Iraqis.

So, perhaps after 6 years in office, you can finally provide proof that he's lied even once? Surely, if he's lied continuously, you could list, fully proven, a half dozen lies.
Because, if you can't, that means you yourselves are lying.
Or you're just letting Kos do your thinking for you.
-------------------
As for blame, has Bush blamed anybody else these past 6 years for any mistake he's made?
Did he act like Clinton, who blamed Reno for the torching of the Branch Davidians, and who blamed Aspin for the Black Hawk Down fiasco?
I think not.

You know how you can tell when Bush is lying? His lips are moving. LOL Also tonight will be the shortest State Of the Union speech ever. I guess they shortened it to equal his attention span

He's going to do what he's done from day one; blame others for his shortcomings as a leader!
I Tivo'd ROME (from HBO) the other night; so I'm going to be watching back-to-back episodes while Bush lies to the American populace!
Everybody else can watch him; I'm not and I'm not going to be made to feel badly about 'not' watching him!

who he blames is irrelevant....it's the affect of all of his policies on middle-class Americans that he should focus on, war in Iraq, amnesty for illegals, tax on middle-class health care... at what point in time is any politician going to represent middle-class Americans? Not in my lifetime, I'm sure.....
