Buchyex, well the number of animals that walk (on two legs or four) far outnumbers the number that hop. I can think of Kangaroos, sparrows and frogs. I would say by the law of averages we got it right.

Nope. They have the endurance to hop many times. If I could hop like that, I'd enjoy my ability, which religious people would see as 'God given gift'. Nothing wrong with that. Besides, what makes you think that walking is the right thing? What if it is us doing it all wrong?
