interior the states, there's a concern suggested as "The kin circulate away Act." It purely covers day off for husband and spouse for the time of being pregnant and the 1st 6 months after beginning so as that the two mom and dad could be with their infant. as much as now as probation is going: i'm stunned which you're actually not already fired. you need to get some help set up for while your newborn is unwell and you will't be there because you're working. attempt a church to work out if there are volunteers obtainable to help in case of an emergency. interior the interim, you have to be at artwork and not omit any days in any respect.

If its finding fault? then just keep it polite no matter how pd off you are Try flipping the situation over, ask the question "well how do you suggest I can improve?" Keep it cool, if its a fair respose then just be polite etc, sometimes people finding fault for no particular reason, when you reply in a positive way they quit it, as your not giving them the response they were hoping for.

If its picking on in the sense of comments to demoralise you personally and not trying to bring you up to speed work wise, then go see your HR dept ask for a "chat" your Manager should be people trained in the sense, that she should realise Negativity doesnt motivate people and improve output or productivity. Talking to HR you can name names or ask for advice on how they feel you should deal with it, it would all be confidential.

In my experiance with a similar thing, it was an Executive Director he referred to me as "she" and talked over me and found fault with everything. I smiled politely, kept thinking "I want this Job" and asked if there was a problem? If so could he please help me by telling me how he felt I could achieve what he wanted? (Also adding at the end of the chat that I found it extremely rude for him to refer to me as "she" and I would appreciate it, if he didnt) It worked by the way. Good Luck.

Ask to have an interview with her and ask her what you can do to become a great employee. By asking her advice, you are giving her recognition. At the same time, you will be showing her that you are interested in improving your performance. This should help.

You can also ask her if there is anything you can do to improve. Such a conversation can be a step in improving your relationship with the manager.

Find out exactly what she has a problem with and work together to resolve it, most managers would rather resolve a problem than give continual hastle to someone.

maybe pull her aside and tell her? If she takes it well then she will have a different understanding of you. i had the same thing and i pulled my manager aside and told him i knew he winds me up on purpose and is also an argumentitve person.. he took it on board and changed and now we're friends! .. i understand its not the same for every situation though. Good luck

Without knowing any more than what little you've told me, How about making sure you do your job to the best of your ability,be prompt, courteous, and respectful of your manager. If that fails, ask her who pissed in her cornflakes this morning?.Demand some answers or go over her head to her Supervisor.

your options aren't easy
you etierh have an open discussion with her about how you feel like she's picking on you. except use better words.
or you can run away from it and get transferred?
you can work this into your evaluation of her if your company makes you evaluate co-workers and supervisors
