The U.S. is in Iraq trying to help them develop a better way of life for the Iraqi people and look at what the Iraqi people are doing with it.
The Iraqi people aren't very bright, using Iraq as an example of the U.S. trying to help and then the people of the country F-ing things up I would say after the U.S. gets done in Iraq Uncle Sam should mind his own business when it comes to trying straiten out a different countries culture.

Remove all poors man !!!!!!!!!!!!
Sorry boy, was just kidding......
Poverty can not be removed from any country as it is inevitable. Even a well developed country such as the United States has some quanta of poor people.
The poverty can never be totally removed but it can be controlled and even minimized.
Some open suggestions i would like to make :
- Educate the poor about other earning sources they can opt for to make a living
- Educate the wealthy to provide all possible means of employment to the poor.
- Develop a society which works for supporting the poor and helping them.
All these steps might not be efficient enough up to the required level but am sure would provide a helping hand for the purpose.

Poverty is a state of mind based on economic status. In spite of so many centuries spent under the yoke of foreign rule, the real spirit of India is not vanished yet. Still our country can reach the top of the world utilising the prevailing opportunities to the maximum possible. India is a rich country inhabited by the poor people. Hard work, thinking at global level and technical brilliance at all levels can make the country prosperous.

Poverty is the poor state of mind.
I sincerely believe that poverty can be removed by providing avenues ... to education...dont deny a single indian.....this opportunity... may be it can be made.. free..too.(at the basic level)
Why am i telling this because... "Instead of giving fishes , its important to teach them the art & science of fishing".... If they still want fish .. then that means.. they are lazy...?????
If a man is poor.. don't know how to feed himself.. why on earth... should he develop/produce a family....of beggars....

setp I --> making the lazy to work
step II --> giving equal education to all
step III --> providing job oppurtunities to all based on their qualification or skills.
step III --> application forms should not insist religion/caste right from the school admission
here everything is based on caste system. first that should be removed.

you can't. in order for some one to be rich, some one has to be poor. i guess if you lived in a communist/socialist state it could be possible.
