I think the game is expensive to play monthly, i hate the blizzard downloader and also i think Alliance Vs Horde is not power ballanced, not even after TBC. Also, more guild support should be added. True what that guy down there comments, its hard to get a 40 man raid up.

If you can get past the idiots (lonely pathetic housewives, teeny boppers, perverted men trying to hook up online) who only play to chat and flirt then it's a great game. Some players treat it more like a dating website though. Even still...
World of Warcraft is the best online game out right now...period. But I too hate the blizzard downloader and I think that since literally millions of people around the world play this game now...they seriously need to make the $14.99 monthly fee less...such as $9.99 or even cheaper. I know they can afford it. lol
Another thing..I wish they would make it somewhat easier to get gold within the game. I know that once you become a 60, 70 now...getting gold is much easier but it's hard for the lower levels to pay for training etc. This is why so many people out there resort to buying gold online.

Waiting for the big patches is a minor inconvenience, but the lag from overpopulation in my realm--Aerie Peak--is the worst part of the game for me.
So, really, my only big complaints are from me not being able to play. The game is simply the best RPG ever.
Not that there aren't things they could tweak; I have a few ideas that I think could make it even better. However, compared to everything else, it's definitely the best I've seen...
EDIT: Re: grinding and dehydrate's other complaints, either you have the attention span of a fly, or you aren't smart enough to figure out the game. There are an endless number of quests. I detest grinding and find it utterly boring. This is why I generally take longer to earn gold and gear than other players who don't mind grinding.
I've been playing for almost a year. I have 3 characters in my realm, and 1 in another realm. If you max out your toon at the highest lvl and feel like you're just grinding, you can always start a new one in another class or race and run a completely different series of quests.
The game has literally infinite possibilities to enjoy yourself whether you like pvp, pve, fishing, auctioning, lvling, guilding, raiding, dueling, or anything else! I know some people who just get on there and /dance and /flirt with other WoW friends. They're normally hanging out in Goldshire...
As with any game, it gets harder as you move up in lvl, but it wouldn't be challenging or fun if it didn't. Also, if they did make it easy to solo, then they could never make it long enough to keep you entertained for an extended period of time. So you're retarded if you think they should or could make it all easy and still worth playing.
Also, TBC is incredible! The gear is literally and figuratively out of this world...

It was entertaining for a while, but the endless grinding of faction and repetition of instances was just too much.
They need to add an aspect of the game beyond farming instances and leveling. Things like fishing are just tossed to the side and really don't add anything. Crafting is mostly just something you do after hitting the level cap and have extra cash.
I closed my account just before the expansion as I do not need 10 more levels of the same.
Edit: CD you must be new to MMORPGs...
Levling and grind are seperate things. You have to grind faction for AD, BoN, CC and others. There is no alternate goals beyond levling and gearing up. Even archaic games like Ultima Online had this. There isn't even player housing which was standard since DAoC and FFXI.
The game doesn't really get harder, unless you count getting 40 people to do one thing at a time the difficult part.It can be like herding cats. It is just a matter of gearing up first. Once BWL was farmable Rag became a joke, once the Twin Emps were killed Nef was already killable with a incomplete raid.
Don't have 40 people? you can PVP and grind those factions for minor rewards. Actually useless items since they have little to no value compared to drops.
Grinding is any endless repetative task. WoW is on big grind. You can call it something else but it stays the same. Blockbuster renamed late fees, but they were still late fees.

I love it, but it can degenerate to mindless grinding, they really need to add something about combat that adds more variation and strategy. I love PvP because it can be very strategic, and I think they need to make PvE more strategic in combat too. Sometimes it's just about mindless button pushing. I love the imagination and design that went into Burning Crusade... you have to love all those cool walking jellyfish in the marshlands!
