All I can remember is that this man ties a rope around the moon and pulls it closer and it's a black and white film- please help, it's doing my head in.

The only one I can think of is "It's a Wonderful Life" it shows up in a picture that Mary paints for George Bailey after he tells her that's what he'll do.

The only thing I can think of is Harold Lloyd? But that was a silent film, (and not the film name) Not sur eif there would be a listing for his films.
