I'd love to see each side move more to the middle. Give and take. The problem is most people are too lazy to look back at candidates records to see where they have stood previously. Now that elections are nearing--what do you see? Everyone taking a 'new more moderate' position--and Godzillary is leading the pack. No one knows her views--because she is constantly LYING and pandering for votes.
The saddest thing I see is the fact she will receive votes merely because she is a woman--not because she is qualified. Just as many pledge to vote for Obama because he is the 'black' candidate. Not because he is The Best candidate.
I think everyone who cares enough to vote should at least care enough to check the records of whom they intend to vote for--and base their decision on facts--not hype.

Oh please! Bush didn't even get the majority of the popular votes!
There you go, trying to blame the Democrats for dividing the country! The great divider sits in the white house, don't blame his phony war on terrorism, in a country which wasn't and totally based on lies and illegal to boot, on Democrats in the 2004 election!! Do you mean the 2006 election?
Funny, now that the Democrats have the House and Senate, and soon the white house you want to find "common ground"! Where were you for the past 12 years.
Liberal I am, but I have a plan, and it is 100 times better than Bush's!
Since when did a Republican care more about the country than their pocketbook!
No mixed tickets. We want the pro-rich oil/war mongers OUT!

It defies the be conscious average. the subject with moderates, regularly is they're not sure. once you're a grown grownup, make judgements. On a bite of paper, have an impartial chum make 2 columns, conservative/liberal. call a number of subject concerns and have your chum fee you the two conservative or liberal based on your opinion. you will discover which you do have a definitive view on subject concerns and fall the two into conservatism or liberalism. And, you will choose one facet way greater effective than the different. in case you haven't any longer have been given a definitive view and you're an grownup, do your study and get mentioned. that's time to strengthen up.

It is always time for moderates. Problem is moderates do not appeal to the baser instincts of the population. The extremists target those baser instincts, revenge, fear, xenophobia and get out the vote. The rabble are pretty easily manipulated.

Dude, the Democrats have been anti-war since Vietnam. They just keep getting louder and louder as time goes by. At this point in time, I feel a quality conservative president would do best, emphasis on quality. Bush is not the brightest, nor a typical conservative. We need someone like McCain.
