did you mean insulation? if you did you can go to Lowe's or home depot and rent one of their machines and use newspaper and you can spray it in your attic. it is not the best insulation but it helps and alot cheaper than paying someone else to do it.

insulation you mean? we considered getting the the type you blow in..it's loose and grey but very messy and goes everywhere so we bought the pink roll kind..the highest they had R16 or something since it can get cold here in texas too, forgot how much it was we got it at The Home Depot. It fit perfectley in between the rafters of our attic...we wore gloves, unrolled it, to cut it with scissors we bought for it to fit from end to end, we used a heavy duty staple gun to staple the sides to the rafters, just to hold it down, took us under two hours to do the whole attic

the blown in is the best and it can cost any were from 100 and up It really depends on how much space U have in ur attic
