Is it possible to get statistics on the use of my RSS feeds?

Not sure if you're asking as a publisher or a reader.

If you're a reader, some feed reader include stats. Two examples include Google Reader and Great News. Google Reader is web based and they call the feature "trends". Great News is a stand alone reader for the PC and they have a feed statistic section under Tools

If you're a publisher, FeedBurner does offer you stats as was mentioned by the previous responder. They have a free package and a for fee package.
